The video monitor below the wooden box (with screen facing upward) has no signal running into it, but is set in such a way to create an intense and bright flickering. A cone inside the box channels and amplifies the light from the monitor. The viewer can look through the 1" hole in the top, experiencing a vast space with no clear borders.
