Overall a disaster, the idea of an immersive interface is still pretty interesting.





As reported in Slate (that I somehow originally missed), when Google X (their secret research team) passed 10 million video stills into an algorithm, the “silicon cortex” formed the image of a cat, pictured above.

A still from some experiments in Processing for the design of an upcoming publication; inadvertently resulting in a video (currently crunching). Tons of polygons with copier-toner texture, overlapping to create weird mesh glitchiness.
